Jacob Hersant: There needs to be no compromise on the Hate Crime Bill the Labor Party is trying to pass! Right now they’re trying to get support from the Liberals so that they can pass it. And there are people that are already celebrating as if somehow we have won. We have not won! The Labor Party has only made a small concession. Getting rid of one aspect of the Bill while keeping the vast majority of it. And that vast majority is some of the most damaging stuff there is. It’s going to completely destroy the way that policing and the justice system works in this country.

They’ve gotten rid of one little aspect to try and coax the Liberal Party into passing the vast majority of the hate crime stuff. Everybody hates these laws and yet they’re trying to do this little trick where the vast majority of it will pass anyway! The Labor Party are splitting the Bill so that the Greens will pass the gun aspects of it and they’re taking away just a little bit of it, of the hate crimes aspect of it so that the Liberal Party will pass it.

Now Advance have brought out a post saying:

“Breaking: Albanese has dropped his hate crime censorship laws. Massive win for Aussies. PM dumps Hate Speech laws.”

And as you can see there, it has 192,000 views. And Advance made another post here:

“Thanks to the thousands of Advance supporters who contacted their local MPs over Labor’s hate crime censorship laws. This win is yours! A Labor member of the committee said many of the last minute submissions appeared to be the result of lobbying by One Nation and conservative group Advance.”

So this is not true. The Hate Crime Bill has not been destroyed! It is still, 90% of it is still there. And the Labor Party is making a gambit so to try and coax the Liberal Party into supporting it and passing the vast majority of it. If we allow them to do this, we deserve to have our freedoms taken away! If we are going to be fooled like this, we deserve to live as slaves in this country.

And here you have idiots like Monica Smit:

“We won again. The government showed its hand and we learn that we are ready for whatever they throw at us.”

We have not won! That is what needs to get through people’s heads. We have not won! The Bill is going to be voted on Tuesday, and the Liberal Party hasn’t made it clear whether or not they’re going to vote for it or they’re going to vote against it.

So the Liberal Party needs to be pressured into not supporting these laws because they are draconian. And as unfortunate that the Greens and the Labor Party are going to pass through the gun laws. I get that people are upset about that, but we need to lament the guns later and focus on what is actually in the air. The Right-wing aren’t gonna have any influence over the Greens voting through these gun things, so it’s over.

But we do have influence over the Liberal Party and we need to pressure them to not pass the hate crimes aspect of this. The Hate Crime Bills is the most dangerous because it’s going to hold 15 year jail sentences over the heads of radical political activists that did nothing more than engage in political communication.

So it’s going to ban organisations and it’s going to expand. It’s not going to only be the National Socialist Network. Give it time and they’ll start banning other organisations that are inconvenient to the government’s agenda. This Bill alone is going to take away all of our political freedoms!

And not only that, these laws are bad enough, but they’re only going to expand as you see them constantly expand over the decades. They get one thing through and then give it five years, they’ll expand it, they’ll amend it. It’s going to make politics impossible for anyone on the outside of mainstream politics, whether that be on the Left or on the Right. It’s going to make politics impossible! Because the chilling effect this is going to have is going to make everyone so scared to do anything in this country. And then you’re going to be stuck with idiots. And like the people who run Advance who celebrate too early and may end up being the key people that make this Bill get passed because they celebrated too early! The Liberal Party backflipped on its decision and passed these hate crime laws. If that happens, it’s gonna be people like Monica Smit and Advance and all of these idiots that are to blame!

The main message we have to get out there is there is to be no compromise on these hate crime laws! The whole Bill needs to be shredded! We’re not going to be placated by them getting rid of one little aspect.
The whole thing needs to be gotten rid of and the people who thought that they could get away with these laws need to be humiliated!

Do not celebrate as if we’ve already won and don’t get distracted with all of these side issues. I see people posting about who the US Ambassador is going to be and other things. The whole future of politics, Right-wing politics, is at stake right now! And people are talking about the US ambassador. They’re talking about things that can be talked about any other day. We have two days to oppose this. The vote is going to be on Tuesday. You need to be spending all of your free time influencing these people.

So you need to be influencing, going and telling everybody that they should not be fooled by the fact that they’ve gotten rid of only one aspect of the hate crimes bill. You need to tell them that the vast majority of it is still going through and the Liberals might vote for it. And that the Liberal Party is going to be severely punished in the next election if they go through and destroy our criminal justice system and destroy policing in this country.

Because policing is going to go away from policing actual criminals. It already is like this where you have political policing, which is out of control, but that is going to expand beyond anything that we have previously seen. We’re going to have two tier justice in this country like we have never seen. We have to get across the message that the whole thing needs to be opposed! We cannot just be fighting it piecemeal, one little aspect or another aspect.

We need to take this seriously. We have two days. You need to be spending all of your free time trying to influence the Liberal Party, particularly because it’s the Liberal Party that will work with the Labor Party to bring forth these hate crime laws that are going to destroy any freedom we had left in this country. Any politics outside of the mainstream is going to be destroyed by this bill! You know, so lock in and make sure that everyone knows that our position as the Australian people is no compromise! Shred the entire bill!
